BizCurv Supplemental Terms.

01. BizCurv Service

BizCurv is a cloud-based business-document and operational workflow service. Depending on your plan, it may include quotations/proposals, proforma invoices, invoices, receipts, purchase orders, delivery notes, credit notes, debit notes, clients, catalogs, payments, analytics, automations, team access, multi-business workspaces, client-facing links and support features.

02. Accounts, Workspaces & Team Access

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and business information, safeguarding credentials, and controlling who is invited to a BizCurv workspace. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions to team members.

03. Business, Client & Document Data

You retain responsibility for the business, client, catalog, tax, payment and document information you enter into BizCurv. You must have the rights and lawful basis necessary to store, use and share client or personal information through the service.

04. Document Accuracy & Tax Responsibility

BizCurv can assist with document calculations and GST-aware billing workflows, but you remain responsible for verifying document accuracy, tax treatment, place of supply, reverse-charge treatment, rates, identifiers, numbering and compliance obligations before issuing or relying on a document. BizCurv is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal advice.

05. Client-Facing Links & Shared Documents

BizCurv may allow you to share documents or client-facing access using public or tokenized links. You are responsible for deciding who should receive those links and for avoiding disclosure of confidential information to unauthorized recipients.

06. Plans, Trials & Entitlements

BizCurv may offer a Free plan, trials and paid subscription tiers. Limits on businesses, members, documents, automation, analytics and other features are defined by the plan shown in the product. Trial eligibility and duration are determined by the product rules presented at signup or within the workspace.

07. Billing, Renewal & Cancellation

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected until cancelled. Before a web checkout or paid plan change is submitted, the workspace Owner must affirm the subscription, renewal and cancellation terms presented in BizCurv. Where cancellation-at-period-end is available, paid access ordinarily continues until the end of the current paid period. Refund and cancellation handling is governed by the BizCurv Refund & Cancellation Policy.

08. Payment Providers

BizCurv may use third-party payment providers such as Razorpay or Paddle depending on region and checkout path. Payment-provider terms may apply to the payment transaction in addition to these terms. BizCurv stores payment and subscription metadata needed to administer your plan but does not store raw card credentials.

09. Availability, Support & Delivery

BizCurv is delivered digitally through your online workspace. Activation and service-delivery details are described in the BizCurv Service Delivery Policy. Support availability may differ by plan.

10. Suspension & Misuse

BizCurv access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect platform security, billing integrity, other customers, or legal compliance, including for abusive activity, unauthorized access attempts, fraudulent payments, or material violations of the Codecurv master Terms.

11. Privacy

BizCurv-specific data handling is described in the BizCurv Privacy Notice, which supplements the Codecurv Privacy Notice.
