// PRODUCT PRIVACY SUPPLEMENT—SPEC. BIZCURV-PRIVACY—LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 6, 2026

BizCurv Privacy Notice.

This notice explains the information BizCurv processes to provide its business-document, billing and workspace features. It supplements the Codecurv Privacy Notice.

01. Scope & Roles

This notice applies to BizCurv accounts, workspaces, subscriptions, business documents, support and client-facing features. For account, billing, security and product-operation data that Codecurv determines how to use, Codecurv operates the service and acts in the role applicable under relevant law. When a BizCurv customer enters client or business data for its own commercial purposes, that customer remains responsible for the lawful basis and permissions for that data.

02. Data BizCurv May Process

  • Account data: name, email, authentication/security records, workspace membership and role information.
  • Business profile data: business name, legal/tax identifiers, business contacts, addresses, payment-display details, logos and document preferences.
  • Client and document data: customer names, companies, email addresses, phone numbers, billing/shipping addresses, tax details, products/services, quotations, proformas, invoices, receipts, purchase orders, delivery notes, credit notes, debit notes and related records.
  • Subscription and payment metadata: plan, billing cycle, provider/customer/subscription identifiers, transaction references, payment status, renewal/cancellation state and invoice metadata. Raw card credentials are handled by payment providers.
  • Support and feedback data: support tickets, replies, feedback, attachments where supported, delivery metadata and support history.
  • Technical/security data: session identifiers, timestamps, browser/device information where available, request metadata, rate-limit data, error events and operational logs.

03. Why BizCurv Uses This Data

BizCurv uses data to create and secure accounts, maintain tenant/workspace isolation, generate and share documents, manage clients/catalogs/teams, record payments, operate subscriptions, provide analytics and automation, deliver support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and maintain legally or operationally necessary records.

04. Client-Facing Links

When you share a BizCurv public document or Client Hub link, recipients may access the information intentionally exposed through that link without entering your private workspace. You are responsible for deciding who receives those links and for the content included in the shared document or client view.

05. Payment Providers

BizCurv may use payment providers such as Razorpay and Paddle. Payment-provider identifiers, subscription state and transaction metadata may be stored so BizCurv can provision plans, process renewals, handle failures and reconcile billing. Raw card details are handled by the payment provider.

06. Service Providers & Disclosures

BizCurv may rely on infrastructure, hosting, email, payment, security and content-delivery providers. Information is disclosed only as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant service, process transactions, deliver messages, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with law.

07. Retention, Export & Account Closure

BizCurv retains account and business records only for as long as reasonably necessary for service continuity, document history, billing, security, dispute resolution and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Workspace Owners can use the in-product workspace export before closure. Closing a personal account disables sign-in, invalidates active authentication tokens and replaces the account identity with a deleted-user placeholder. Closing a workspace removes active member access while underlying business records may remain restricted for recovery, security, dispute, accounting or other lawful retention needs. A subscription cancellation by itself does not delete workspace data.

08. Security

BizCurv uses safeguards designed for a multi-tenant SaaS environment, including authenticated access, business/tenant permission checks, session protections, CSRF controls, rate limiting, restricted file handling, operational logging and HTTPS/TLS. No service can guarantee absolute security.

09. Your Rights & Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, updating or erasure of personal data, withdraw consent where consent is the relevant processing basis, obtain a portable workspace export where the feature is available, or raise a grievance. Requests can be made through BizCurv Support or the contact address below. We may need to verify identity before acting. Certain records may continue to be retained where required for legal, security, contractual, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or accounting purposes.

10. International Processing

Some service providers may process information across jurisdictions. Where this occurs, Codecurv uses providers and arrangements intended to support applicable requirements and reliable service delivery.

11. Contact & Grievances

Privacy or data-rights concerns can be submitted through the support channel below. Please identify the BizCurv account or workspace concerned and describe the request. We will acknowledge and handle verified requests in accordance with applicable law and our operational obligations.
