Codecurv Terms of Service.

01. Acceptance & Scope

By accessing or using Codecurv services, you agree to these Terms. “Codecurv services” may include the Codecurv website, browser utilities, software-as-a-service products, applications, APIs, digital products, documentation and related support made available by Codecurv.

02. Product-Specific Supplemental Terms

Certain products may have supplemental terms, privacy notices, refund rules, service-delivery terms or plan conditions. Those supplemental terms form part of your agreement with Codecurv for that product. If a supplemental term conflicts with these master Terms on a product-specific matter, the supplemental term controls for that matter. 03. Accounts & Access

Where a service requires an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping credentials secure, controlling authorized users, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

04. Acceptable Use

You may use Codecurv services only for lawful purposes and within applicable product limits. You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, bypass security or rate limits, distribute malware, abuse public endpoints, infringe third-party rights, or use a Codecurv service in a way that violates applicable law.

05. Your Content & Responsibilities

You remain responsible for information, files, business records, customer data and other content you submit to a Codecurv service. You confirm that you have the rights, permissions and lawful basis required to use that content. You must independently verify outputs that are used for legal, financial, tax, compliance, medical, safety-critical or other regulated decisions.

06. Paid Services, Billing & Renewals

Some Codecurv products may be free, paid once, subscription-based, usage-based or offered through a trial. Pricing, billing cycle, taxes, included capacity and renewal terms are shown on the applicable product or checkout surface. Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers. Product-specific refund and cancellation rules apply where published.

07. Intellectual Property

Codecurv and its licensors retain rights in the Codecurv name, product names, software, source code, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks, logos and original content, except for content owned by users or third parties. No ownership rights are transferred merely by using a service.

08. Availability, Changes & Beta Features

We may maintain, improve, replace or discontinue features as products evolve. Preview, beta or experimental features may change or be withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we aim to operate services with reasonable care and to communicate material product changes where appropriate.

09. Suspension & Termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, payment integrity, legal compliance, or the service from abuse. Product-specific cancellation, data-access and termination rules may also apply.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

Codecurv services are provided subject to applicable law and any product-specific commitments. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codecurv is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from user content, third-party services, external payment systems, internet availability, or decisions made solely from unverified software output.

11. Privacy

Our Codecurv Privacy Notice explains common data-handling practices. Products that process materially different categories of data may publish a supplemental product privacy notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, business model, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, through an account or product communication.
