Terms of Use & Operating Agreement.

These Terms of Use govern your access to the Codecurv website, public browser utilities, documentation, and digital platforms.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using `codecurv.com` ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Website and its associated tools.

02. Permitted Use of Browser Utilities

Codecurv grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our public browser workbenches (e.g., link dispatchers, formatters, and sanitizers) for lawful operational purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any input data, URLs, or parameter configurations you process comply with applicable laws.

03. Proprietary Software & Enterprise Platforms

References to commercial software systems—such as WaLink Pro and Payload Vector—represent proprietary products. Enterprise access and deployments are governed by separate, formal license agreements and are not granted under these general website terms.

04. Intellectual Property Rights

All technical monographs, blog essays, visual assets, design tokens, trademarks, logos, and custom code on Codecurv are the intellectual property of Codecurv Technologies and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not scrape, mirror, or redistribute our proprietary content without explicit prior written consent.

05. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Website, you agree not to:

  • Transmit automated requests exceeding our rate limits (120 requests per 60-second window).
  • Attempt unauthorized path traversal, vulnerability scanning, or server intrusion.
  • Inject malicious scripts, spam, or automated payloads through form endpoints.
  • Use the Website to violate privacy, telecommunications, or anti-spam regulations.

06. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Website, free utilities, and documentation are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Codecurv disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Website, third-party API changes, or network interruptions.
